JF Draf supports Brothers of Mercy

As has been its tradition, JF Draf family celebrates the Christmas holiday season with the psychiatric residents of Hospicio de San Juan de Dios in Bocaue, Bulacan. 

We bring food, medicine and supplies to more than 100 patients and spent the day chatting and eating with them. This has become an annual company activity ever since we got to know Brothers of Mercy of Saint John of God, the people behind this noble deed of housing and caring for the “taong grasa” (“grease people”, local term for people with troubled minds roaming the streets) that they found on the streets or were brought to them by other concerned people. The group houses the men in Hospicio de San Juan de Dios and the women in another similar homecare in Bulacan.
